| Most people are unaware that they may have pounds of old dried fecal matter that is stuck to the walls of the colon which is toxifying the system and keeping the food from being assimilated and denying the body of essential nutrients. This condition is the result of refined foods that are full of white sugar, flour, and fat and mucus forming foods such as dairy products. This putrefied condition, causes people to crave foods because the nutrients are not getting through to the body. They therefore engorge themselves with more bad food. In the process they wear out their bodies in trying to get sufficient nutrition and are still always hungry and eating. The clean body is able to normally assimilate the simple food values through the cell structures in the colon instead of being trapped in a maze of waste and inhibited by the hard fecal casing on the intestinal wall, which causes the large part of nutrition to be pushed on and eliminated before it can do any good. When the body is clean and a diet is rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protien, and whole grains your food will heal and you won't crave as much food.
